Delivery
- All products shown are currently in stock and so we aim to despatch on the day of order.
- All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
- You will be kept informed of your order status by email.
- All orders are sent in discreet unmarked packaging.
Delivery Costs
- Delivery is just £2.95, or free if your order totals over £30.
- Typical delivery times are between 2 to 3 days. Orders will be sent with Royal Mail.
- You will be shown delivery costs automatically before you decide to purchase.
Other Information
- There is no minimum order.

Refunds & Returns
- You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of payment, or within 28 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).
- If a refund is to be processed, it will be returned to the credit or debit card that was used to make the original order. Please contact us if you require further information.
- If there is a problem with your goods upon arrival please contact us within 28 days.
- If a non-faulty product is returned, a £3 charge will be made before full refund.
Cancellations
- If you cancel your order more than 7 days after it has been confirmed, we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
